特 定飼 育 ブ タ10頭 につ いて,個 々 に血 液 を採取 し抗 体価 を測 定 した ところ,流 行前 期 にはELISAIgM 抗 体価 は103以 下で,HI抗 体 は検 出 され なか った.HI法 に よ るIgM抗 体 が現 われ始 め ると,ELISAIgM 抗体価 は104以 上 を示 した.ELISAIgM抗 体 は約2週 間 継続 して検 出 され た.そ の後ELISAIgM抗 体 価 は103前 後 に低 下 した が,HI反 応 は陽性 で あ り,ほ とん どIgG抗 体 であ った. と畜場 ブタ につ い ては,定 期 的 に20頭 ず つ検査 し,非 流 行期 及 び流行前 期 のELISAIgM抗 体 価 は103 以下 で あ った.流 行期 に入 る とHI法 に よるIgM抗 体 は陽性 とな り,そ の ほ とん どがELISAIgM...
